At CrispCite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a Refund and Returns Policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process. Please review the details below to understand how our returns and refund procedures work.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including any seals, tags, or protective materials that were included.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that fragrance products are eligible for return only if they have not been opened or used. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened perfumes or colognes.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Packaging the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item received).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note that:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for returned items will be for the cost of the product only and do not include any applicable shipping charges.
  • If your item was purchased as part of a promotion or sale, the refund will be based on the discounted price.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different fragrance or size, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you would like.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a return shipping label and either a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

7. Non-returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Opened or used fragrance products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Sale or clearance items
