1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to suit your needs, including Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Overnight Shipping. Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivered the next business day if ordered before 12 PM EST.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination, and unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or third-party shipping providers.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the shipping method selected. CrispCite offers competitive shipping rates to ensure that you get the best possible deal on shipping. Please enter your shipping information during checkout to view the applicable rates for your order.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.
  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping, but this may change in the future. Please contact our customer service team for more details if you are located outside the U.S.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship to valid U.S. addresses at this time. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless otherwise specified.
  • Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on the destination or product type. If your order includes restricted items, we will notify you and assist with adjustments.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment. You can track your package through the carrier’s website using the tracking link provided in the email.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@crispcite.com or call (865) 397-1972. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide you with a replacement or refund for damaged or lost items.

7. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, CrispCite allows for only one shipping address per order. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

8. Return Shipping

In the case of a return, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for further details on how to process a return.

9. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order to ensure accuracy. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
